Academically, the children are introduced to the concepts of the alphabet, colors, shapes and numbers during circle time.
Physically, the children will be working on improving small motor skills by using a spoon to feed themselves, tearing paper, pasting, using puzzles and Play-Doh, painting and coloring.
Large motor skills are developed by practicing rolling, throwing and catching a ball as well as jumping, climbing, hopping and walking up and down stairs.
